The magnetic control switch is composed of reed switches, permanent magnets and temperature-sensing soft magnets. Its core function is to automatically control the on and off of the circuit according to temperature changes. The specific working process is as follows:
Low-temperature environmental issues: When the ambient temperature is low (such as in winter) or the temperature in the freezer is high, the refrigerator’s temperature controller may fail to start the compressor due to insufficient temperature rise in the fresh-keeping compartment, causing the temperature in the freezer to rise.
2. The operation of the magnetic control switch includes the ambient temperature type: when the ambient temperature is lower than the set value, the switch closes to compensate for the operation of the heater, increase the temperature of the refrigerator compartment, and prompt the temperature controller to restart the compressor. Low-temperature type: When the temperature in the freezer exceeds the set value, the switch closes, and the compensating heater works to ensure that the temperature in the refrigerator compartment rises, allowing the compressor to resume operation.
3. Restoring cooling: After the heater raises the temperature in the refrigerator compartment back to the start point of the thermostat, the compressor starts and the refrigerator resumes normal cooling.
4. New magnetic control technology (Haier Magnetic Control Cold Freshness Technology)
In recent years, Haier has introduced magnetic control chilled meat technology, which uses a constant magnetic field to suppress the molecular movement of food ingredients, extending the shelf life of chilled meat to 10 days. This is an advanced application of high-end refrigerators.
